Dum/penalty for violating the conditions of ehram
I made intention of Umrah from Madina meeqat. When I reached Makkah I had my periods. I couldn’t stay in makkah until my Period ends, so I gave a dum in makkah & took a flight back.
My question is did I had to cut my hair as well at that time to consider myself out of ehram?
If so, assuming I am no longer in ehram, I’ve had sexual relations with my husband after coming back to my country. Do I need to give another dum/penalty because of this?

When you passed the Miqāt, you intended ‘Umrah but your menses started the on spot. You mentioned that you clipped your hair and paid Damm.
We are not clear, have you made your Tawāf or ‘Umrah ritual even the state of Haidh. Please elaborate and revert back to us on fatwa@askimufti.net
